Aveley Heights

Aveley Heights is a masterplanning project seeking to extend an existing settlement in Thurrock, Essex.

The project site sits on the cusp of the river Thames Estuary at the edge of Greater London near the town of Aveley, a small settlement surrounded by the landscape of the Thames Valley to the south and the South Essex plateau to the north. The project will deliver 150-350 homes integrated within the existing landscape of field and tithe boundaries, ditches and watercourses. New public transport access and community facilities will benefit existing local residents while the project will deliver part of the wider strategies identified in the Essex Green Infrastructure Strategy and the third Thames Chase Plan including the Mardyke and Aveley Forests.
