Tori Ann Walk

Tori Ann Walk is on of the first of the Housing Supply Programme (HSP) sites to come forward. The HSP is complementary to the larger estate renewal programme and is focussed on unlocking smaller sites across the borough.

These smaller sites come with differing challenges to the larger comprehensive regeneration projects; they are often heavily constrained and have neighbours in close proximity. Our work included extensive residents consultation over issues such as the re-provision of community gardens and amenity spaces together with landscape framework plans and outline, detailed and technical design for public realm.

The projects is collaboration with Al-Jawad Pike Architects and was completed in 2022.
